Where to find old version of Rosetta with git version number

Category:
Compilation

Hi, there:
I am reading some papers using Rosetta for modeling work. In the papers, they mentioned rosetta git version number. I am just wondering  if anyone can tell me where I can find some old version of rosetta according to git version number. Thank you very much for your help.

bin folder does not appear after compiling

Category:
Compilation

Hello,

I've previously never had trouble downloading Rosetta (I've done it twice successfully before) until now.

I'm trying to install Rosetta on Linux 3.1. When I go to Rosetta/main/source and type in ./scons.py -j3 mode=release bin it doesn't ever throw an error, but the bin file does not appear.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thank you

Updating databases and weekly update

Category:
Compilation

Hi,

I already have rosetta compiled in my linux workstation and it is working fine. Few questions regarding  regular updating of databases. How should I update the databases of rosetta. I know that there are weekly release for rosetta updating these release is enough. whether the weekly release has all the relevant updated database.   How  do I update the rosetta. Whether I have to recompile the source code from the weekly updates. These are very basic questions and your response will be greatly appreciated.

Thanking you

PyRosetta on a HPC

Category:
Compilation

Hello people,  i have been trying to compile PyRosetta on a HPC (Red Hat 6.4) for several weeks now without success.

I tried many different approaches so i will write the gist of it.  I tried compiling PyRosetta which did not work, then I read i have to compile it from source, so this is what I am trying to do. I uploaded Rosetta to the HPC.

most of the programs are old, so I had to install python3.6.1, Cmake 3.5.9, GCC 5.3.0, and Ninja 1.9.0

SCons is unable to find a shared library (libcloog-isl.so.4).

The build fails immediately with the following error:

/share/apps/NYUAD3/gcc/gcc/4.9.3/el7/libexec/gcc/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/4.9.3/cc1plus: error while loading shared libraries: libcloog-isl.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I confirm that libcloog-isl.so.4 does exist:
