Hi,
I already have rosetta compiled in my linux workstation and it is working fine. Few questions regarding regular updating of databases. How should I update the databases of rosetta. I know that there are weekly release for rosetta updating these release is enough. whether the weekly release has all the relevant updated database. How do I update the rosetta. Whether I have to recompile the source code from the weekly updates. These are very basic questions and your response will be greatly appreciated.
Thanking you

The weekly versions and the database are distributed together and must match. Yes, every weekly release that you require will need to be compiled - though binaries are available I believe for them as well. Typically, you do do not need to update every week - they are mainly there for bug and feature requests so the turn around is low. I'm a dev, and I usually keep my production Rosetta version current to about a month or two.
Hi - are the weekly updates also distributed to commercial license holders?
I am trying to run the cyclic peptide workflow, but not all of the options I see in the online documentation are available when i use the -help flag in my version... is it possible that the newer flag options are only available in the weekly releases?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions -
