Prepacking structures using RosettaDock on a Windows platform

Hi,

I am new to RosettaDock. RosettaDock is compiled in Windows (VC2005) and I am now trying to use it, but I am unable to prepack the test.pdb structure.
Has anyone used Rosetta on a Windows platform?
From the available tutorials it is not very clear how to prepack on WIndows platform.
Any help is appreciated.
