Where is Sicdock application now? Can I find a substitute?
#1

Greetings,

I am trying to reproduce the results of paper "Computational design of a homotrimeric metalloprotein with a trisbipyridyl core". I found that this research used an application named sicdock.ompstatic.linuxgccrelease to carry out docking calculations. But I can't find it in newly released Rosetta version. My foucs on Macbook can't find any application related to sicdock but only some options file and .cc file.

As a result, I'm wondering how can I do the same thing use new Rosetta? Do this sicdock application have a substitute?

        Sincerely,

Isaac

Not sure about sicdoc, but you might want to give https://github.com/willsheffler/rpxdock a try.

It looks like the sicdock application you mention was never included in the public release of Rosetta.

It looks like Will Sheffler was the one who put it together, so rpxdock may indeed be the closest thing to it which is publically availible. Otherwise, you may want to talk with the first author (Jeremy Mills, now at ASU) about either getting sicdock released, or what he would recommend instead.
