How to use Rosetta 3.1 to model the structure of an antibody?
#1

Hi,
I am a Rosetta user wondering how to use Rosetta 3.1 to predict the structure of an antibody. I searched the Rosetta User Guide and found that RosettaAntibody was available in the 2.3 version, bud I didn’t see it in the latest 3.1 version. Could anybody let me know how to use this tool for antibody modeling? Thank you.

I don't think Rosetta Antibody Modeller has been migrated to Rosetta3. You should just use Rosetta++
