Hello everyone,
we are planning to use Rosetta in the near future for an NMR-based structure calculation mainly because we are interested in tools like RosettaNMR and RosettaEnzyme. I already familiarized myself with the software and script language of PyRosetta which is indeed much simpler and faster to learn than Rosetta. Currently, I am wondering if the full Rosetta functionality (esp. the two before mentioned tools) are readily available in PyRosetta. If so; how do I get an overview of a) all and b) only RosettaNMR and RosettaEnzyme related commands? Is there, by any chance, also a more in-depth tutorial available?
