Hi, run_lips.pl script returns an empty XXXX.lips4 file. I tried to invetigate why and found that most likely the problem is that I cannot connect with http://gila.bioengr.uic.edu/cgi-bin/lips/script.cgi invoked from run_lips.pl script. Are there any other servers providing that script.cgi? Or can I get somewhere a standalone version of the script? Many thanks, Witold
Which executeable is this associated with? You should contact the PI of that lab. (Or, in other words, I haven't a clue.)
