I get the fragment libraries from http://robetta.bakerlab.org/fragmentsubmit.jsp . But I don't know how much the sequence identity cut off. 30%? 40%? And how much the resolution and R-factor cut off? Who can tell me? Thank you!

I talked with the person in charge of Robetta, and he will update the Robetta FAQ (http://robetta.bakerlab.org/faqs.jsp) with details. (I don't have an estimated time on that, though.)
