I try to determine protein structures using CS-HM-Rosetta.
It is stated in the supporting information (http://www.pnas.org/lookup/suppl/doi:10.1073/pnas.1202485109/-/DCSupplem...) that we need execution of "cm_scripts/bin/predict_distances.pl sequence.fasta sequence.aln –aln_format grishin –outfile sequence.dist_csts" in order to generate the homology constraints.
Unfortunately, while running the following command: "predict_distances.pl query.hhr query.fasta –aln_format grishin"
I get the following result:
alignment between query, 3p7nA (e_value = 4e-16) (ln_e_value = -35.4550671267848)
Error: executable /Users/mariuswanko/dev/rosetta/main/source/bin//bin/batch_distances.macosclangrelease doesn't exist!
I can not find the batch_distances.macosclangrelease binary file in my Rosetta3 installation
Thanks in advance,
