Levitate Bio’s new API tools accelerate drug discovery

Levitate Bio has just published a blog post introducing two powerful API tools designed to tackle key challenges in structure-based drug design. The Rosetta Pocket Protocols help scientists identify energetically favorable, physically accessible binding sites on protein surfaces, moving beyond static docking assumptions by leveraging ensemble-based modeling. Meanwhile, Boltz-2, a next-generation AI model, predicts both the structure and binding affinity of ligands at those sites with impressive accuracy.

Used together, these tools provide a streamlined, scalable workflow: Rosetta Pocket Protocols locate druggable pockets, and Boltz-2 focuses its modeling on those regions to generate high-confidence predictions. Both tools are accessible via the Levitate Engine API and can be integrated into existing screening pipelines.

If you’re working in early-stage drug discovery and want to combine deep structural insight with cutting-edge ML, this is worth a look.Read the full post: Advancing Drug Discovery with Rosetta Pocket Protocols and Boltz-2
