Summer RosettaCon 2026 registration is now open

We are pleased to announce that Summer RosettaCon 2026 will take place at the University of Washington in Seattle from August 3–7, 2026.

The conference will begin Monday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. and conclude Thursday evening. Friday will be the traditional hike/activity day, beginning after breakfast.

Registration

Registration is NOW OPEN. Early registration pricing is available through March 31, 2026. Registration will close on May 15, 2026.

We welcome attendees from academia, industry, and the broader protein design community. Please review each registration step carefully to ensure your information, accommodation preferences, and eligibility details are submitted correctly.

Poster abstract submissions remain open until registration closes.

Scientific program

The deadline for abstracts for talk consideration has passed, and we are currently assembling the preliminary scientific program. We appreciate the strong response and thank everyone who submitted.

In response to longstanding community feedback requesting a more timely program announcement, abstract deadlines were adjusted this year. Additional details about the scientific program will be posted on the website soon.

Airfare

All attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare. Please check with your PI, company, or home institution regarding reimbursement policies. We recommend booking early to avoid price increases.

For attendees awarded a travel grant, flights will be booked by our travel agent. Please follow the instructions provided in your award email, as privately booked flights cannot be reimbursed.

Accommodations

Default accommodations will be arranged as follows:

  • Rosetta Commons staff, trainees, and postdocs will stay in shared rooms in University of Washington dorms

  • Rosetta Commons faculty have slightly higher registration costs and will stay in shared rooms at the University Inn – StayPineapple Hotel

Non–Rosetta Commons and industry attendees have the option to arrange their own accommodations. Please indicate your accommodation needs and preferred dates during registration.
