The Latin American Workshop on AI for Protein Design (AI4PD) will bring together experts in computational protein engineering and design from academia and industry, with the aim of training students and postdocs with limited prior experience in this field and for which learning this tools can have a positive impact in their current and future research.

The workshop aims to educate and train academic and industry users on the Rosetta software suite. Rosetta is freely distributed to the academic community by RosettaCommons. Industry usage includes licensing fees that support research and development of Rosetta software.

If you are affiliated with a Rosetta Commons lab, please consider applying for the Rosetta Workshop associated with the European RosettaCon in October. The workshop will focus on applying PyRosetta and AI tools like RFdiffusion or ProteinMPNN to the design and engineering of proteins.
