Biomolecule Engineering: From Principle to Practice
Summer RosettaCon is an annual conference for all computational protein modeling and design enthusiasts. Focused on "Biomolecule Engineering: From Principle to Practice" this year, we will gather at the University of Washington in Seattle, on August 3 - 7 to discuss:
-
- Protein design with Rosetta and deep learning
- Structural modeling of proteins, protein-ligand interactions, antibodies, membrane proteins, protein-DNA complexes and all other things you like to model
- Antibody and vaccine design
- Enzyme design
- AlphaFold, ESMFold, RoseTTAFold, ProteinMPNN, language models for structure prediction and design
- Rosetta code development
- And more!
Registration for in-person attendance has reached capacity and is closed
If you missed the registration window, registered but need to submit an abstract for a poster, or need to change your registration, please see the Conference Guide for more information.
Virtual registration is open
Want to attend Summer RosettaCon 2026 virtually? Please register online on or before August 6 (the last day of the conference). When you reach the page where you input your email, select the attendance type as "Virtually" to continue with your registration.
