Biomolecule Engineering: From Principle to Practice

Summer RosettaCon is an annual conference for all computational protein modeling and design enthusiasts. Focused on "Biomolecule Engineering: From Principle to Practice" this year, we gathered at the University of Washington in Seattle, on August 3 - 7 to discuss:

    • Protein design with Rosetta and deep learning
    • Structural modeling of proteins, protein-ligand interactions, antibodies, membrane proteins, protein-DNA complexes and all other things you like to model
    • Antibody and vaccine design
    • Enzyme design
    • AlphaFold, ESMFold, OpenFold, RoseTTAFold, ProteinMPNN, language models for structure prediction and design
    • Rosetta code development
    • And more!
