All attendees must register for the conference directly with Keystone Symposia and pay their own registration fee. You will need to create an account on the Keystone Symposia website to register. You will receive a confirmation number required to request lodging and travel support. Rosetta Commons will provide travel and shared lodging support for those who request it by January 28, 2027 (see step 3 below for more information). However, registration is separate from Rosetta Commons travel and lodging support and the responsibility of the attendee.
2. Submit an Abstract
Rosetta Commons trainees attending Winter RosettaCon are required to present either a poster or a talk. Abstract submission is handled separately through Keystone Symposia. Submit your abstract by the applicable deadline for a short talk or poster presentation.
3. Request Rosetta Commons Lodging & Travel Support
Rosetta Commons will provide shared lodging and travel support for academic Rosetta Commons members. After you have registered with Keystone, complete the Rosetta Commons lodging and travel sign-up forms.
Deadline: January 28, 2027
The form first collects your lodging information. After you submit it, you will be emailed a separate link to book your travel within a week.
Rosetta Commons-arranged lodging is shared, double-occupancy accommodation. Do not book your own hotel if you are requesting Rosetta Commons lodging support as we can not reimburse privately booked lodging or travel.
