If you missed the registration window but would like to attend Summer RosettaCon 2026 in-person, please join the waitlist by filling out this form. We will reach out to individuals as spots become available. If a spot opens up, you will be notified via email with instructions on how to register.

Abstract submissions for posters for registered attendees is still open. Please complete the abstract submission form as soon as possible to secure your poster session placement.

BOOTCAMP/HACKATHON

Calling all students! The How to Train Your Model bootcamp/hackathon will be held immediately before and after the conference (August 2, 3, and 8, 2026). The application deadline closed on May 1, 2026. 

 

CONFERENCE APP 

Stay in the know with the Nunify app for official conference communications during the event. You will be automatically added to the app for the conference closer to its starting date. Log in using the email address associated with your registration. We recommend that all attendees download and use the app, but information will also be provided on the conference website. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

 

ABOUT THE VENUE

We are excited that Summer RosettaCon 2026 will take place at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. All conference scientific program activities (Monday, August 3 - Thursday, August 6) will take place in the Husky Union Building (HUB). Accommodations for some of the conference attendees will also be on campus. More details will be provided soon.

 

FRIDAY ADVENTURES
