Rosetta Commons YouTube Channel
These videos are from the ML Protein Design bootcamp from November 2025 and provide a practical, hands-on survey of modern AI/ML tools used in protein structure prediction and design. Viewers will explore key methods such as AlphaFold (2 and 3), ESMFold, ProteinMPNN, RFdiffusion, and emerging generative models, along with the workflows that connect them. The course was taught by Ian Anderson (UC Davis), Ben Orr (UCSF), and Mary Reilly (UC Davis).
These videos are the complete Rosetta++ Bootcamp held in November 2025 in Nashville—a structured, end-to-end training designed to help researchers and developers work effectively with the Rosetta codebase. The bootcamp was led by Hope Woods (Open Molecular Software Foundation), with instruction from Lilly (Mac) Bolz (UCLA), Rocco Moretti (Vanderbilt University), and Julia Koehler Leman (Open Molecular Software Foundation).
These videos capture the 2025 Rosetta-sponsored Protein-Protein Interaction Workshop. This series was instructed by Amrita Nallathambi (UNC Chapel Hill) and was supported by the Rosetta Commons and the National Science Foundation.
The ‘Biodesign in Focus’ workshop took place in January 2025, highlighting the latest advances in protein structure prediction and design. The Workshop brought together experts from biomolecular software development, biosecurity policy, and AI to explore the responsible development of AI technologies for protein design.
These videos capture the 2024 Machine Learning Bootcamp. This series is instructed by Nick Randolph (UNC Chapel Hill) and was supported by the Rosetta Commons, the National Science Foundation, and UC Davis.
