Immunogen Design Workshop Hosted by the Meiler Lab Cultivated Collaborations

On April 13 – 15, 2026, fifteen participants from as far away as South Korea gathered at Vanderbilt University to learn about the Rosetta software suite. Attendees were a blend of industry, university, and non-profit affiliates at career levels from graduate students to principal investigators. The “Computationally Guided Immunogen Design with Rosetta and ML Tools” workshop, provided shorter, more general tutorials as well as longer, focus tutorials that were new to the workshop this year. The tutorials included sessions in:

  • RF3.5
  • Protein-Protein Docking
  • Fused MPNN
  • Immunogen Design
  • RFAntibody
  • Nanoparticle Design

As the workshop took place before an ARPA-H team meeting at the Meiler Lab, some team members came early and attended the workshop. As a result, new collaboration and ideas were shared across the ARPA consortium. Overall, the workshop was a great success for spurring interest in Rosetta-based research and collaborations.
